What is Monthly Billing?
By default, when you add a payment method to Uber for Business account, for services like Central, employee travel, or meal programs, your account is set to Pay Per Trip, meaning your saved payment method is charged after each trip or meal order.
With Monthly Billing, instead of individual charges, you’ll receive a single consolidated statement each month. All trips and meals during that billing cycle are charged to one centralized payment method.
This helps you take control of your business spend with predictable monthly billing, fewer transactions, and improved visibility, making expense management and reconciliation much simpler.
